How We Do It.

NeoTech’s cutting-edge digital twins use advanced scanning and AI technologies, including vehicle-mounted scanners with high-resolution cameras, LiDAR, GPS, GNSS, IMU, and drones for large-scale data capture. AI-enhanced processing integrates and optimizes data.

Ground Scanning

Our scanning units are mounted on vehicles equipped with an array of high-resolution cameras and LiDAR systems. Each vehicle hosts:

  • Five 100-megapixel cameras: These cameras are strategically positioned to capture comprehensive visual data from multiple angles, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

  • LiDAR Scanner: This technology uses laser light to measure distances and generate precise three-dimensional information about the surrounding environment. The integration of LiDAR data with images allows for the creation of detailed and accurate 3D models.

  • GPS and GNSS Systems: Both systems are employed to provide exact geolocation data for each scan, enhancing the accuracy of the spatial data and aligning it with global coordinates.

  • Inertial Movement Unit (IMU): The IMU tracks the vehicle's movements, accounting for any shifts or tilts, thus maintaining the integrity of the data captured during motion.

Aerial Scanning

In addition to ground-based scans, Neotech employs drones for aerial surveys. This method is particularly effective for capturing topographic data and large-scale environmental details from perspectives unreachable by ground-based equipment. The aerial scans integrate seamlessly with ground data, providing a comprehensive overview that enhances the depth and utility of the digital models.

Indoor Scanning

TLS (Terrestrial Laser Scanning) for indoor environments employs laser technology to meticulously capture detailed 3D data. This precise scanning method is ideal for creating digital replicas of indoor spaces, enabling applications in architecture, facility management, and virtual simulations.

AI-Enhanced Processing

The core strength of our technology lies in the AI-driven processing of the collected data. Our proprietary AI algorithms perform several critical functions:

  • Data Integration: AI synthesizes data from cameras, LiDAR, GPS, GNSS, and IMU, ensuring that all elements are perfectly aligned and consistent, thus creating a cohesive digital model.

  • Error Correction: AI algorithms detect and correct anomalies in data, such as distortions due to movement or environmental factors, thereby enhancing the accuracy of the models.

  • Optimization: The digital twin is optimized for various uses, including virtual reality simulations, urban planning, and more, ensuring that the models are not only accurate but also practically applicable.

Through these technologies, Neotech delivers unparalleled accuracy and detail in digital twins, facilitating realistic and effective virtual environments. This integration of advanced scanning technologies with sophisticated AI processing stands at the forefront of digital asset recreation, offering real-world companies a powerful tool to minimize costs and maximize efficiency in duplicating their operations within virtual spaces.
