Doru Borsan, CEO & Founder: Doru Borșan is a businessman from Târgu-Mureș, the CEO of Smart Cities Technologies SE, founder of the RUA ecosystem (românii uniți acasă), owner of the online newspaper msnews.ro, a real estate developer, and organizer of the Transylvania Summit, all based in Târgu-Mureș, Transylvania. A devoted father of four, two of his children, Iohana and Doru Junior Borșan, are co-founders with him in the RUA project, the first digital country for Romanians worldwide. Mr. Borșan, a promoter of digital technologies, won the CEO of the Year award at the Smart City Industry Awards in 2018 and the Innovation and Technologies Award at the Dubai Royal Summit Investment.
